Brother Knights and Sir Knights,
Except for the last two days, the entire month of November falls during the liturgical season known as Ordinary Time, which is represented by the liturgical color green. This symbol of hope is the color of the sprouting seed and arouses in the faithful the hope of reaping the eternal harvest of heaven, especially the hope of a glorious resurrection.
And so it is that we begin November with our first “in person” meeting and “in person” CFU Exemplification since COVID last March. Our hope is that our lives can become “Ordinary” and once again we can meet together to plant our green seeds of charity and to resume Faith In Action and practice actions that support our Holy Cross Parish community, our Catholic faith, and our great Nation.
We are under a less restricted Phase 1 of the pandemic. We are continuing to plan as if all things were normal – and adjust as the situation changes. Continue to support “Leave No Neighbor Behind” and promote why every man should be a Brother Knight!
